■It’s not compatible with MR-J2 Series.
■There is the difference in initialization time between MR-J2S servo amplifier and MR-J4 servo amplifier after turn on power, so it may be necessary to change the program in the existing system.
■Pay attention to the electromagnetic brake release time, especially of the vertical axis which may drop.
■Compared with the existing MR-J2S servo amplifier, the outline dimensions will be larger in the case of using this renewal tool.
■Refer to the "Dimensions Drawing" about the incre
ase of dimensions. Make a selection only after confirming that the dimensional increase can be accommodated.
■When making a secondary or package replacement, the monitor output value (the motor speed).
will be different from that of the existing amplifier due to the difference in the motor's maximum speed.
■The program must be changed when using the monitor output with an existing system.
■Please understand that in some case, this renewal tool may not replace the function of MR-J2S servo perfectly.
