Selection Tool

 Type A (for general purpose interface)

MR-J2S-□A Series /Servo Amplifier /Servo-Motor
  • ● Primary Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier only)

  • ● Secondary Replacement
    (replacing the servo-motor following replacement of the servo amplifier)

  • ● Package Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier and the servo-motor together)


 Type B (for SSCNET interface)

MR-J2S-□B Series /Servo Amplifier /Servo-Motor
  • ● Primary Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier only)

  • ● Secondary Replacement (replacing the servo-motor following replacement of the servo amplifier)

  • ● Package Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier and the servo-motor together)


 Type CP (for built-in positioning function)

MR-J2S-□CP Series /Servo Amplifier /Servo-Motor
  • ● Primary Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier only)

  • ● Secondary Replacement
    (replacing the servo-motor following replacement of the servo amplifier)

  • ● Package Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier and the servo-motor together)





 Type A (for general purpose interface) 100V/200V / Type CP (for built-in positioning)


■Primary Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier only)





■Secondary Replacement (replacing the servo-motor following replacement of the servo amplifier)


■Package Replacement(replacing both the servo amplifier and the servo-motor together)





* 1. Separate 24 VDC power (current capacity 80mA or more) is required for the interface
  when making the replacement.
  Please refer to the "Product List (recommended power specification)" for details about
  the recommended specification.
  (Required only when a 24 VDC power supply for the internal interface is used with the
  MR-J2S-□A servo amplifier.Not required when 24 VDC power for interface is supplied
  from an external source.)


* 2. Confirm the selection results from "Selection of Replacement Combination" for details.


* 3. When replacing the HC-KFS, MFS Motor with the HG-KR, MR Motor, the
   electromagnetic brake cable is built into the power cable.






 Type B (for SSCNET interface) 100V/200V


■Primary Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier only)





■Secondary Replacement (replacing the servo-motor following replacement of the servo amplifier)


■Package Replacement(replacing both the servo amplifier and the servo-motor together)

* 3. When replacing the J2S 400V amplifier, it is necessary to arrange for a mounting
  attachment and a separate conversion cable set on the amplifier side.
  Refer to "Selection of Replacement Combination" for the selection method.


* 4. For secondary replacement or package replacement of a motor with brake,a new
  electromagnetic brake cable must be connected.
  Use a motor electromagnetic brake cable made by Mitsubishi(SC-BKC1CBL□M-L or
  SC-BKC1CBL□M-H).





 Type B (for SSCNET interface) 400V


■Primary Replacement (replacing the servo amplifier only)





■Secondary Replacement (replacing the servo-motor following replacement of the servo amplifier)


■Package Replacement(replacing both the servo amplifier and the servo-motor together)

  attachment and a separate conversion cable set on the amplifier side.
  Refer to "Selection of Replacement Combination" for the selection method.


* 4. For secondary replacement or package replacement of a motor with brake,a new
  electromagnetic brake cable must be connected.
  Use a motor electromagnetic brake cable made by Mitsubishi(SC-BKC1CBL□M-L or
  SC-BKC1CBL□M-H).
